How to Receive Support 

Criteria:
Numerous requests a day are made of John Daly both for charitable and non-charitable purposes. Starting the Foundation is a way that John believes he will be able to give back most effectively to his fans and the communities that have supported him and his career in golf.

At this time, John has decided to honor as many requests for autographed items made on behalf of a charitable 501(c) 3 organization. He truly appreciates his fan base and hopes you will agree that his autograph would best be used for the benefit of charitable causes. Of course, there are many opportunities to gain his autograph personally at a PGA Tour event he has chosen to play. John has a reputation of welcoming his fans with a sharpie and a smile.

If you are a charitable 501(c) 3 organization, then we would be glad to consider supporting your organization. We primarily support organizations in the following states:

Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, and California 

However, we will also gladly consider helping in other places as well including:

1. Communities (world-wide) where John plays PGA Tour events.
2. Areas where John has established personal or professional relationships. 

Deadlines: 

All aplication materials must be received at least 90 days prior to the grant awarding month desired.
